大连财经学院外国专家公寓入住须知
(Instructions to Foreign Expert’s Apartment of Dalian University of Fiance and Economics)
1、 外国专家本人入住公寓24小时内，由学院国际交流部填写《外国人居住卡》并上报开发区外管处和管辖派出所。
When foreign experts reside in the apartment, in 24 hours International Department of the College need to fill in the Foreigners Residence Card and hand over it to the administration office and local police station.
2、 外国专家亲属来院探亲时，专家需提前二天通知学院国际交流部并于亲属抵达学院后由国际交流部上报开发区外管处和管辖派出所。
Before the visiting of the foreign experts’ relatives, two days in advance are needed to inform the international department. When they arrive at the college, it’s the International Department’s duty to report to the administration office and local police station.
3、 外国专家须经校方同意后，方可让有关人员临时留住。
Relevant person cannot live in the apartment temporarily unless the permission is obtained.
4、 外国专家要爱护房间、家具、电器和卫生设施，保持室内卫生清洁，生活环境整洁。
Please take good care of room, furniture, electrical equipments and sanitary facilities. Please keep the room and living environment clean.
5、 外国专家要正确使用房间的煤气、电器和通讯设备，防止发生火灾和煤气泄漏事故。
Correct usage of the gas, electrical appliance and communication facilities could help prevent the fire and leakage of gas.
6、 外国专家要正确使用房间安全报警系统，检查和保持报警系统处于良好的工作状态，防止发生被盗案件。
Please check and make sure your room’s warning system working. Correct usage of warning system could prevent the theft.
7、 外国专家外出离开房间时，须锁上房门，关好窗户，关闭电器设备及照明灯。
Please close the windows, turn off the electrical appliances and lamps and lock the door while going outside.
8、 外国专家离职回国时，由国际交流部与专家一起对房间设备进行检查，对房间物品进行登记。
When experts quit the job to go home, facilities of the room need to be checked and registered by experts and international department both.
9、 外国专家遇有紧急情况，可拨打国际交流部电话：39265016；治安管理科电话：39265017；拨打 ① 火警 119；② 盗警 110；③ 医疗急救 120。
In emergency, please call International Department: 39265016; Security Department: 39265017; ① fire alarm 119; ② theft alarm 110; ③ medical first aid 120.
